Anti-Fascin 1 Antibody

Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, this unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com binds fascin 1 (FSCN1), a 55 kDa actin-bundling protein that organizes parallel actin bundles in filopodia, invadopodia, and dendritic cell processes. The reagent is validated for Western blot and ELISA applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of cytoskeletal remodeling, cell migration, and tumor invasion across in vitro and in vivo model systems. Fascin 1 is normally expressed in neurons, glial cells, and mature dendritic cells, but it is frequently reactivated in carcinomas of the breast, lung, colon, and other epithelial tissues, where it correlates with aggressive phenotype and metastatic potential.
