Anti-FAS ligand Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an internal peptide region of human FAS ligand (FASLG / CD178 / TNFSF6), enabling selective detection of endogenous total FAS ligand protein in research samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is of the rabbit IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples, and is recommended to be shipped at 4 °C, then aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Suitable targets include related FASLG aliases such as FasL, CD95-L, APTL, APT1LG1 and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 6, making the antibody a flexible choice for apoptosis and immune signalling studies.
