Anti-FANCM Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FANCM, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human samples. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 390–660 of human FANCM (NP_065988.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
