Anti-FANCL Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FANCL. Raised against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–255 of human FANCL (NP_060532.2), it is affinity purified and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is reported with a molecular weight of 38 kDa in a Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) formulation containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for Western blotting at a dilution of 1:200–1:2,000, the antibody is reactive with mouse samples and is also listed as applicable to immunohistochemistry and human samples. It is shipped at 4°C for aliquoting and storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

A goat polyclonal format is also available, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the internal region of human FANCL. That reagent is validated for ELISA (1:16,000) and Western blot (1–3 µg/ml), supplied in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at 500 µg/ml, with a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa and predicted molecular weight of 43.4 kDa.
