Anti-FANCD2 (P216) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FANCD2 at the P216 epitope, using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 182-234 of Human FANCD2 as the immunogen. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
