Anti-FANCD2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab175382)

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets FANCD2 and is presented as a liquid, unconjugated reagent validated for Western blotting, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human and Rat samples, with affinity purification used during manufacture.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 540–720 of FANCD2 (NP_001018125.1) and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration reported as lot specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:500–1:1,000.
