Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant human FANCD2 protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen [S1]. Offered through Antibodies.com, this unconjugated reagent is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and reacts with human and rat samples [S1].
The antibody recognises endogenous levels of total FANCD2 protein [S1]. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL [S1]. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
