Anti-FANCA (phospho-S1149) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FANCA around the phosphorylation site of Serine 1149. Produced in a rabbit host and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein FANCA has a reported molecular weight of approximately 163 kDa. By specificity, this reagent detects endogenous levels of FANCA protein only when phosphorylated at Ser1149.
