Anti-FANCA (phospho-S1149) Antibody

Phosphorylation-specific rabbit polyclonal reagent for studying the Fanconi anemia DNA repair pathway, this Antibodies.com antibody recognizes FANCA only when serine 1149 is phosphorylated. Raised in rabbit and affinity purified, the unconjugated IgG is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as a microbial preservative.

Each vial contains 100 µl of working stock, sufficient for multiple western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry experiments.
