Anti-FANCA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises the FANCA protein (also referenced as FANCA/FAA) and is unconjugated. It is raised in rabbit and reacts with human samples.

The antibody is validated for Western blotting and, according to the supplier's product listing, for immunohistochemistry. It is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 163 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–275 of human FANCA (NP_000126.2). The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
