Anti-FAN Antibody

From the Antibodies.com primary antibody range, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the human FAN target and is supplied as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and the unconjugated format lets laboratories pair it with HRP- or fluorophore-labeled secondary reagents of their choice.

Validated for WB and IHC on human samples, the antibody should be stored at -20 °C and aliquoted on first thaw to limit freeze-thaw cycles. For Western blot, it is applied to nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes after SDS-PAGE separation of cell or tissue lysates and detected using standard chemiluminescent or fluorescent chemistries. For immunohistochemistry, the reagent can be applied to formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections following heat-induced antigen retrieval.
