Anti-FAM46A Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FAM46A and supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 50 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western Blotting (WB), the reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 180–400 of human FAM46A (NP_060103.2). Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
