Anti-FAM3B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targeting FAM3B, also referred to as PANDER. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence applications (IF/ICC-IF) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30–235 of human FAM3B (NP_478066.3). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100–1:200 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF. Product concentration is reported as lot specific.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
