Anti-FAM173B Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody specific for FAM173B (also designated ATPSCKMT). The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG preparation that has been affinity purified.

Validated for western blotting (WB) on human, mouse and rat samples, the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–233 of human FAM173B (NP_954584.2). The target has a molecular weight of 26 kDa, and a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended for WB.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
