Anti-FAK (phospho-Y925) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Focal Adhesion Kinase (FAK) when phosphorylated at tyrosine 925 (Y925). Raised in rabbit, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FAK around the phosphorylation site at Tyr925, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of FAK only when phosphorylated at this site. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 125 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
