Anti-FAK (I855) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody is raised against focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and recognises an epitope within a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 830–880 of human FAK. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.

FAK (I855) pAb detects endogenous levels of FAK protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 125 kDa.
