Anti-FAK (I401) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the I401 region of focal adhesion kinase (FAK), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. FAK is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the PTK2 gene that localizes to focal adhesions and couples integrin engagement to downstream signaling controlling cell adhesion, migration, survival, and mechanotransduction. With reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, this reagent supports studies of FAK expression and phosphorylation across oncology, wound healing, fibrosis, and neurobiology research. Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, ready to dilute into standard blotting or staining workflows.
