Anti-FAIM3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against FAIM3 (also referred to as TOSO). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 18-251 of human FAIM3 (NP_005440.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
