TOSO, also called FAIM3 (Fas Apoptosis Inhibitory Molecule 3), is an IgM-binding Fc receptor found predominantly on the surface of B-lymphocytes and within lymphoid tissues. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FAIM3 and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antisera, the reagent enables immunodetection of the native protein in membrane-rich fractions and cytosolic lysates alike.
Researchers studying B-cell receptor signaling, apoptosis regulation, and lymphoid neoplasia use this reagent to map FAIM3 expression in primary cells, archival tissue sections, and lysates from cultured cell lines. Aliquot on arrival and store frozen to preserve activity; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The polyclonal host format provides broad epitope coverage, supporting consistent recognition across isoforms and post-translationally modified variants of the target.
