Anti-FAIM Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FAIM (Fas apoptotic inhibitory molecule 1, also known as FAIM1) and detects the endogenous level of total FAIM in human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human FAIM, and the antibody is affinity-purified using that immunogen before being supplied as an unconjugated reagent at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Each vial contains 50 µL of the antibody formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as stabilizers. The product is recommended for Western Blotting (WB) applications and is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and held at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
