Anti-FAH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targeting fumarylacetoacetate hydrolase (FAH). The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–419 of human FAH (NP_000128.1) and recognises a target with an expected molecular weight of 45 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
