Anti-FAF1 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-FAF1 polyclonal antibody is an unconjugated primary reagent raised in rabbit for Western blot detection of Fas-associated factor 1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. FAF1 participates in apoptosis regulation through its interaction with the FAS death receptor and also contributes to NF-kappaB signaling and ubiquitin-mediated proteasomal pathways, supporting work in cancer biology, neurodegeneration, and programmed cell death research. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, at pH around 7.3, and is intended for research use only.
