Anti-Factor IX Antibody [F9-1]

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets Factor IX and bears the clone designation F9-1. It is of the IgG1 isotype, unconjugated, and reactive with human samples. The antibody is validated for ELISA and is provided in lyophilised form.

According to the manufacturer's specification, it is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and formulated by lyophilisation from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.2. The immunogen was human Factor IX, and the concentration is described as reconstitution dependent. The lyophilised material should be reconstituted with double distilled water.
