Anti-Factor I Antibody [KT22]

The Antibodies.com Anti-Factor I Antibody [KT22] is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b reagent raised against human complement Factor I, a key serine protease that regulates the alternative and classical complement pathways by cleaving C3b and C4b in the presence of cofactors such as Factor H and CR1. Clone KT22 has been referenced in published studies investigating complement activation, immune complex clearance, and dysregulation in conditions such as atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and C3 glomerulopathy. Supplied as a liquid preparation at 200 ug, this unconjugated primary antibody is validated for ELISA on human samples and may also support flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry workflows following in-house titration.
