Anti-FABP7 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FABP7, distributed by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and produced in rabbit. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

Affinity purification has been performed using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–132 of human FABP7 (NP_001437.1) as immunogen. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 13 kDa. Suggested starting dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
