Anti-FABP4 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets fatty acid-binding protein 4 (FABP4, also known as A-FABP or aP2) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol). The unconjugated IgG antibody was raised against a recombinant human FABP4 immunogen and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (WB, IHC, ICC/IF), with demonstrated cross-reactivity in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It specifically detects the endogenous total FABP4 protein, making it suitable for adipocyte, macrophage and metabolic-tissue research workflows.
