Anti-FABP4 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FABP4 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–132 of human FABP4 (NP_001433.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
