Anti-FABP3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal reagent targets human Fatty acid-binding protein 3 (FABP3), also known as heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP), and is raised against recombinant human FABP3 as the immunogen. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, protein G-purified preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 100 µL volume, formulated in 0.01 M PBS (pH 7.4) with 50% glycerol and 0.03% ProClin 300 as a preservative. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, where it specifically recognizes both denatured and native forms of human FABP3, with a predicted and observed band size of approximately 15 kDa demonstrated on heart muscle lysates. The reagent is intended for use on human samples and is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term storage it should be aliquoted and kept at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
