Anti-FABP1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against liver FABP (FABP1) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been demonstrated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–127 of human FABP1 (NP_001434.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target molecular weight is 14 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
