Anti-FAAH Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FAAH, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for western blot applications. The reagent was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 450–579 of human FAAH1 (NP_001432.2), is affinity purified, and is reactive with human and mouse samples.

The antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the target migrates at approximately 60 kDa. For western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
