Anti-F7 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Coagulation Factor VII (F7), a vitamin K-dependent serine protease that initiates the extrinsic pathway of blood coagulation by forming a complex with tissue factor. Raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated at 100 µl per vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows and cross-reacts with both human and mouse samples. The antibody recognizes epitopes on the F7 protein, a ~50 kDa single-chain zymogen synthesized in hepatocytes that is converted to a two-chain active form during the clotting cascade.
