Anti-F3 Antibody

A primary antibody targeting Tissue Factor (F3) is supplied by Antibodies.com. The product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody of IgG isotype, provided in unconjugated form. Reported applications include western blot (WB) and, depending on the source, either immunohistochemistry (IHC) or immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended dilutions for western blot are 1:100–1:500, and for ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Reactivity is reported against Human and Rat, with one source additionally indicating Mouse.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–251 of human Coagulation factor III/Tissue Factor (NP_001984.1). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target is observed at molecular weights of 53 kDa and 45 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
