Anti-F2RL3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to F2RL3, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The IgG antibody is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000.

Generation used a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 20–150 of human F2RL3 (NP_003941.2) as the immunogen, followed by affinity purification. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, where the target migrates at approximately 41 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

F2RL3 (F2R like thrombin or trypsin receptor 3) belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor family, with enhanced tissue expression in adipose tissue, lung, and thyroid gland, and is localised to the plasma membrane.
