Anti-F2RL1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against F2RL1 (also known as PAR2). It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 15–94 of human PAR2 (NP_005233.4) and is reported to recognise the protein at a molecular weight of 55 kDa. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
