Anti-F2R Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against F2R, also referred to as PAR1/Thrombin Receptor. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 376-425 of human F2R (NP_001983.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 70 kDa, and the product is supplied as a liquid. For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.

The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
