Anti-F13A1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Factor XIIIa (F13A1) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blotting (WB). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 600–732 of human F13A1 (NP_000120.2). It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein migrates at 83 kDa.

Concentration is lot specific. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
