Anti-F12 (HC) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal unconjugated primary antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against F12, also known as Coagulation factor XIIa heavy chain. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's product information, the antibody detects endogenous levels of Coagulation factor XIIa heavy chain protein and was generated using recombinant full-length Human F12 (HC) as the immunogen. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The associated molecular weight is approximately 40 and 68 kDa. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide, 50% Glycerol.
