Anti-F12 Antibody

The antibody recognizes the endogenous total F12 protein and has been validated for Western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500–1:2000 and for immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, with cross-reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples. Recombinant human F12 protein is used as the immunogen, and the polyclonal preparation is purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen to minimise background.
