Anti-F11R Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180821)

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Junctional Adhesion Molecule 1 (JAM-A), also known as F11R or CD321. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 28–238 of human JAM-A/CD321/F11R (NP_058642.1). It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa.
