Anti-F11R Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the F11R target (also known as JAM-A, JAM1, Junctional adhesion molecule 1, and Platelet F11) and detects the endogenous total F11R protein. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, unconjugated, and purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen (recombinant human F11R protein). It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, this primary antibody is a reliable tool for characterising F11R / JAM-A expression in cell and tissue-based assays.
