F11R, also called JAM-A (Junctional Adhesion Molecule-A), is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that localizes to tight junctions of epithelial and endothelial cells. The protein contributes to cell-cell adhesion, leukocyte transmigration across endothelial barriers, and platelet aggregation, and it has been studied in the context of inflammation, vascular permeability, and tumor cell extravasation. Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated primary antibody raised against the human F11R target, supplied as 100 µl of liquid.
This reagent has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples. Investigators in cardiovascular biology, inflammation research, epithelial barrier studies, and tumor metastasis work use it to evaluate tight-junction integrity and JAM-A-mediated signaling. Aliquot on receipt and store frozen at -20 °C; limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. For research use only.
