Anti-F10 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human coagulation factor X (F10), also known as Stuart factor or Stuart-Prower factor, and is intended to detect endogenous levels of total F10 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen used for affinity purification is a recombinant human F10 protein. The reagent is unconjugated, allowing it to be paired with a secondary reporter of the researcher's choice, and its clonality is polyclonal with the host species being rabbit. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and the antibody has been confirmed to react with human and mouse samples. For shipping and storage, the vial is dispatched at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
