From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Ezrin (S539) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of Ezrin/Villin-2 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500-550 of human Ezrin and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity exceeding 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 69 and 81 kDa.
