Anti-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Ezrin, Radixin and Moesin around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 567, 564 and 558 respectively, and is intended for Western blot (WB) applications.

The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the antibody detecting endogenous levels of Ezrin, Radixin and Moesin only when phosphorylated at Thr567, Thr564 or Thr558 respectively. Reported molecular weight bands are ~69 and 81 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
