Anti-Ezrin (phospho-Y353) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent specific for Ezrin phosphorylated at Tyrosine 353. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Ezrin around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 353. It detects endogenous levels of Ezrin protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr353, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB). Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, with observed molecular weights of approximately 69 and 81 kDa.

It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
