Ezrin (also known as Vil2 or cytovillin) is a cytoplasmic peripheral membrane protein belonging to the ERM (ezrin–radixin–moesin) family, where it acts as a linker between the plasma membrane and the underlying actin cytoskeleton. The M347 epitope sits within a region commonly used to monitor expression and phosphorylation changes linked to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell migration, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is provided as a 50 µl aliquot that can be diluted directly into standard western blot blocking and incubation buffers.

The antibody is unconjugated and validated for western blot (WB) on human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species comparative work in cell biology, oncology, and tissue remodeling studies. As a polyclonal reagent it recognizes multiple epitopes on the target, which can help recover signal in western blot where the antigen is only partially denatured. Store refrigerated; do not freeze. Sodium azide is included as a preservative.
