Anti-Ezrin (Ab-567) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody targets Ezrin at the region surrounding amino acids 565–569 (Y-K-T-L-R) of the human protein. It has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent detects the endogenous level of total Ezrin protein and is supplied with one scientific validation image. It is provided in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Antibodies were generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic peptide coupled to KLH and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific peptide.

The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
