Anti-EZR (phospho T567) Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Affinity-purified from Rabbit host, the antibody targets a phospho-specific epitope on Ezrin.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T567 of human Ezrin. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is 80 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, with concentration reported as lot specific.

For Western blot applications, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. In a representative validation experiment, extracts from MDA cells were analysed by Western blot at 25µg per lane, blocked with 3% BSA, and detected using a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000.
