Anti-EZH2 Antibody

The Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2 (EZH2) protein is a catalytic subunit of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2), responsible for trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 (H3K27me3) and subsequent transcriptional repression of target genes.
