Anti-EZH1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189833)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting EZH1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot and is listed as suitable for immunofluorescence. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500 to 1:2,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160–280 of human EZH1 (NP_001982.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The target has a reported molecular weight of 85 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
